Help Redraw Sunnyvale’s Council Districts
Apply for the Redistricting Commision
We need your help redrawing Sunnyvale’s six council district boundaries using new 2020 Census data. We are seeking qualified applicants to serve on the City’s Redistricting Commission. The Commission will:
- Hold public hearings to gather community input
- Accept and review map proposals from the community
- Evaluate and narrow the map options based on community feedback
- Recommend 3-5 map proposals to the City Council who will adopt a final map
To be eligible, you must live in Sunnyvale and be at least 18 years old by November 8, 2022. Qualified applicants will be invited to an interview.
